Date Night!

When your husband works 6 out of 7 days a week you have to soak up what little time you have together. One of our favorite things to do is check out new restaurants whether thats a great steak house or a little hole in the wall spot. Either way I love the feeling of getting dressed up, so I thought I would share one of my favorite date night outfits!

 I love this pretty red dress from @lulus! I have a feeling I will be living in little dresses this summer. I will link my outfit down below for those that a curious =).

Mode turns 1!

When one of your favorite boutiques throws a 1 year party you grab your bestie @amandamart15  and go, rain or shine... literally RAINNNN or shine. If you live in Oklahoma you know the weather is going to do its own thing so you learn that you need to have a plan A,B,C, or D when it comes to outfits because knowing Oklahoma weather anything could happen. Minus the hurricane coming through Oklahoma the party was a hit! They had the cutest cactus inspired cupcakes, Champs, and a DJ! If you live in OKC it is definitely a place worth checking out! Brunch outfit

If someone were to ask what my favorite day of the week is, I would say Sunday without a doubt. Mainly because it's my only full day with my lovely husband but also because brunch... for those that know me this is my favorite past time and also I just really love food. I might start posting about great brunch places here in OKC?  Another reason I love brunch other than the food and mimosas is because I get to dress up and look fancy. Unless its one of those days that I would rather die than remove myself from bed, In that case brunch is out of the question and most likely we will be ordering in.
