Baby Nursery Favs!

Sitting here 38 weeks pregnant with just 13 more days until my scheduled c section! I can not believe we have less than two weeks before our sweet baby is here. When we found out we were pregnant I immediately got online and started reading every blog, Pinterest, pregnant bloggers posts I could find!! I wanted to be prepared and start buying stuff early. I knew then that I didn’t want to wait until after my baby shower to start buying stuff. Let’s be real we all know how showers go and while my friends killed it and got me so much stuff I knew there would be things I would still need to buy! I also couldn’t imagine asking friends or family to purchase some of the more pricy items!! I want to go over probably in two sections of my nursery must haves and then the extras you will need that you might not get off your registry! Unless you have a ton of mom friends who already know what to buy and get you some of the practical stuff as well.
Also shout out to my mom who brought my nursery dreams to life! I had an idea in my head what I wanted the nursery to look like and she completely killed it!!

My Must haves for baby!!
This was a big one for us and I knew from the beginning after reading so many reviews that this would be the mattress we went with!! It’s super easy to clean as the cover unzips and comes off and the inside you can throw in the shower and rinse out!! The mattress is super breathable and firm which is what is recommended!

2. Doc a tot
I went back and forth between this and the snuggle me! I ended up choosing the doc a tot because it is a bit bigger and we will be able to use it longer than the snuggle me which is smaller. I know we will want to use it for supervised lounging!

3. Lollipop camera
@tashtindall had actually recommended this camera so with her being a mom already it was a no brainer to go with the camera system she had recommended! We ordered ours before we found out the gender hence with blue camera instead of the pink. Also comes in green!!
I love that it connects to an app and you are able to monitor their moving and everything from your phone!!

4. Nuna travel kit
Love love love!! Looks so chic with the leather handle and the all black. We were told several different travel systems to look at and this was by far my fav!!
We went back and forth between this and the snoo but obviously the price difference between the two is huge!! So we really wanted to try the halo before purchasing the snoo. If we end up having sleep issues with Lennon then we will probably end up getting the snoo. But for now this is what we are going with and it will be in our room beside the bed!
6. Ollie swaddle
There are several swaddles that we love and will probably try but this one looked like the easiest and had very high reviews!! Its velcro and so cute! We got the lavender one!
7. Freshly picked diaper bag
Seriously these are so dang cute and I love leather back packs so this was a no brainer and so dang perfect. There are a ton of colors but we got the one in Fig!
8. Mini scout swaddles and crib sheet
Obsessed with the boho nursery vibes and absolutely love everything by this brand!
I know there are mixed reviews on this and it either works for your family or the false alarms give you anxiety. As a first time mom I already have enough to worry about that making sure my baby is breathing every couple seconds would freak me out! This was at the top of my must have list!!
